Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their requests are quickly and efficiently met
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in food handling and presentation
  • Upselling items and maximizing sales opportunities through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Liaising with the kitchen to ensure special requests are met and promoting a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and practicing good WHS principles

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the service areas
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation
  • A valid RSA Certificate
