Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a key member of our program team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Promote the service and engage with families
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Current Queensland Blue Card
