Job Title: Asset Protection Planning Manager

At Echo Entertainment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Protection Planning Manager to join our team at The Star Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our asset protection operations and play a key role in shaping the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the department's business plan, including budget and resource requirements, while ensuring compliance with operating margins.
  • Create and oversee rosters for the Asset Protection department, adhering to enterprise agreements, budgetary requirements, and policies.
  • Analyse operational needs, recommend cost-saving measures, aligned with company and divisional goals.
  • Implement security measures to reduce incidents of theft, disorderly conduct, and eliminate the risk of any form of unlawful activity.
  • Monitor labour costs, justify additional expenses, and liaise with finance for budget analysis, ensuring compliance and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with workforce planning including controlling labour and operating costs.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Security Leadership position.
  • Security License coupled with a Certificate 4 in Risk Management.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations as they relate to our business.
