Culinary Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team in a Trade Cook role. In this position, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality food items, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste. Food safety standards and hygiene are paramount in our kitchen, and adherence to these is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding patient food services, maintaining competency certification for all tasks.
- Ensure compliance with task allocation, deadlines, OH&S, and Food Safety standards.
- Follow established food handling policies and procedures as documented in our Food Safety Program.
- Complete relevant monitoring documentation related to food safety.
- Prepare food according to the production schedule.
- Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, stored, and labeled according to work schedules and time frames.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Current Food Handlers Certificate.
- Experience in high-volume food service.
- Demonstrated customer satisfaction-driven attitude.
- Proven duty of care.
- Current National Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain one.
