- Wound Management: Manage and dress wounds, prevent infections, and promote proper wound healing.
- Health Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
- Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.
- Pain Management: Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
