Room Attendant/Cleaner Position

We are seeking a highly proactive individual to provide exceptional service as a Room Attendant/Cleaner. This is a part-time, casual position that requires flexibility and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean and service all allocated guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist guests with queries and complaints, providing accurate information about property facilities and features.
  • Comply with guest privacy and security procedures.
  • Remove room service trays and trolleys to storage areas as required.
  • Undertake special cleaning projects as directed.
  • Handle lost property items according to procedure.
  • Notify maintenance staff of any problems or missing items.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OH &S) standards.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience (1 year preferred).
  • National Police Certificate (preferred).
  • Driver Licence (preferred).
  • Australian work authorisation (required).

Working Conditions

This role involves working in person, with variable hours (20-30 per week). Overtime pay and penalty rates apply.
