The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on scalable system design and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving technical vision, strategy, and architecture aligning with business objectives.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead R&D efforts, exploring emerging technologies and evaluating their applications for system enhancement.
  • Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems, making critical architectural decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to multiple engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, effectively communicating technical concepts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development.
  • Mastery in various programming languages, frameworks, and deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic technical leadership, mentor teams, and influence organisational direction.
