ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking reliable and efficient individuals to support our Distribution Centre during the holiday season. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting your team and other functions to deliver seamless operations. This includes using correct systems, equipment, and Safe Operating Procedures, as well as performing other operational tasks as required.

Our team members may work across various departments depending on the needs of the day. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills across different parts of the warehouse and contribute to the success of Cotton On Group.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Previous picking/packing experience in a warehouse environment
  • Previous RF-scanning/voice picking experience
  • Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks, including lifting weights up to 14kg
  • Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift

Availability is required Monday-Friday, with the potential of working weekends. Our day shift team is rostered on 06:30AM - 3:00PM, with the possibility of staggered start times.
