Your Impact

As a Trainee Educator, you'll be instrumental in shaping the learning experiences of young children. You'll work closely with your team to design and implement programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll contribute to a professional and positive work culture by promoting reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Supporting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy is also essential in this role.
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must:

  • Not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.
  • Have the willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Hold a permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Show flexibility in your availability.
  • Show an interest in early years education.
