About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Professional to join our team in Kings Park. As a Community Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to an individual, enabling them to maintain independence and holistic well-being.

The role involves daily living activities around the home, such as assisting with hygiene and personal care, supporting daily routines, and promoting social engagement through community-based activities. You will also be responsible for assisting with medication compliance and meal preparation.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification, CPR training, and National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • An Australian Driver's License and comprehensive car insurance
