About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to join our Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) team at ResMed Inc. As a key member of our IT In-Direct Procurement Team, you will be responsible for leading IT sourcing and supplier management activities for critical organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interactions with suppliers within assigned ERP and SaaS categories to guide and maintain appropriate supplier relationships.
  • Partner with stakeholders and GSA team members to fulfill the commercial needs of ERP and SaaS categories.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to realize identified quality, cost, and service improvements, including implementation of contractual arrangements.
  • Develop and implement ERP and SaaS category management strategies, including approaches to supplier search and selection and ongoing assessment.
  • Communicate and drive alignment of ERP and SaaS category management strategies with stakeholders across ResMed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in IT category management, focused on ERP and SaaS solutions.
  • ERP and SaaS commercial category management experience is essential.
  • Oracle commercial category management experience is preferred.
  • Recognized university degree in business is essential.
