Job Description

The Group Chief Financial Officer will drive the operational performance of the Business and Finance function, providing executive leadership across our Property and Procurement portfolios. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver business and financial services to support the achievement of the Group's strategic and operational objectives.

  • Provide strategic financial management, including cost and revenue optimisation, risk management, planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to establish long-range financial goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary and post graduate qualifications in Accounting, Business or a related field and a member of CPA/ICAA.
  • Proven experience in a strategic executive leadership position, leading a broad financial services function in a large, complex organisation, maximising long-term business viability and growth.
  • Demonstrable executive and Board level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive and motivate Executive Leaders with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
