About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a vital role in assisting injured workers return to employment.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims, focusing on physical and psychological based injuries. You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, doctors, and rehabilitation providers, to ensure timely and safe return-to-work outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a full portfolio of workers compensation claims, prioritizing physical and psychological based injuries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Implement proactive strategies to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists to develop and implement return-to-work plans
About You
  • Relevant Allied Health background with experience in customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Passion for helping others and ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic and resilient, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in managing, negotiating, and influencing positive outcomes
