The role of a Cloud Engineer is to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions to support applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure.
  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless deployment and integration.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Bicep or Bash templates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deployment and monitoring of services.
  • Automate routine tasks such as infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and system configuration.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices across the cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist with incident management, disaster recovery, and service monitoring.

This role requires proficiency in DevOps tools, strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scripting, as well as experience working in Agile environments.
