Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with culinary teams to plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Organize and coordinate special events, promotions, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage the procurement and pricing of goods within budget constraints to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of stock levels, financial transactions, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure that dining facilities meet health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.
  • Engage with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service, and implement improvements accordingly.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
  • Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist with order-taking to provide a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage staff performance, including setting targets for sales and expenditures, and overseeing the scheduling and rostering of restaurant staff.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus in collaboration with chefs, and create unique Vietnamese-style cocktails and coffees for our drink list.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of wine and its pairing options to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role, with a strong background in hospitality management.
  • Relevant qualification in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Excellent English proficiency and solid knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine.
  • Intensive knowledge of Vietnamese food and beverages, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
