Join Our Team as a Graduate Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Graduate Program Manager to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our Early Careers Talent team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional graduate and intern experiences that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a focus on driving program delivery and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and stakeholders to drive exceptional program outcomes, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and enhance our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver exceptional graduate and intern experiences that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and stakeholders to drive exceptional program outcomes
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Enhance our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines
  • Be a face for the Programs and present at various internal and external events
  • Identify and deliver people experience and process improvement opportunities, using data to drive insight and seek out opportunities to scale up and increase efficiency
  • Work closely with Campus teams to support recruitment and learning events as part of the group-wide Graduate Program
  • Track and measure program effectiveness, in line with key program performance indicators

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in early career engagement and program management
  • Experience in delivering on projects and change initiatives
  • Experience in project planning and managing project resources
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for supporting early careers talent and driving business outcomes
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools
