Job Title: Food Production Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food production operations in Australia.

This critical role will oversee the management of safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between plant management, employees, and various corporate departments, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory laws.

A successful leader must possess excellent leadership skills, be able to interact positively and professionally with all personnel, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management
