Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:
This Territory Manager position is based in the Essendon region, reporting directly to the Zone Manager. Key responsibilities include selling against commercial and customer plans to secure ranging, displays, and promotional support for all Arnott's brands; leveraging insights to drive sales growth through share of shelf, front-of-store, off-location, and front-end execution; and managing product mix to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part-time direct reports
- Sell-in all new product developments, utilizing category selling to influence share of shelf and off-location displays
- Liaise with key decision-makers in-store to secure paid displays and discretionary displays
- Adhere strictly to provided OH & S guidelines
Requirements:
- University qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Track record in field sales

What Your Day Looks Like:
- Leading and mentoring a team of 3 part-time direct reports
