Master Compositor

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Compositor - Feature Film Post Production to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in creating complex composites for live-action feature films using Nuke and other industry-standard software.

This role involves working closely with our team to implement sound production workflows, supervising junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of colour theory, LUT's, composition, and both film and digital capture formats.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in creating high-end composites for live-action feature films
• Expert knowledge of Nuke and a thorough understanding of the math behind comp operations, especially Nuke scripting and tool development
• Utilitarian knowledge of other discipline software such as Maya, Houdini, and industry-standard tracking software
• Superior level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of colour theory, LUT's, composition, and both film and digital capture formats
• Real-world understanding of physics, math, proportion, depth, light, and colour
• Expert organisational skills, maintaining a calm and professional demeanour in a delivery-focused work environment

• An estimated salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year
