South Australia Operations Support Manager

We are seeking an Operations Support Manager to join our South Australia Team.
This is a pivotal role with real impact, supporting workorder allocations & delivery, office operations, and business performance across the state.
About the RoleYou will lead a small operations support team and work closely with regional and senior managers to ensure service delivery aligns with contract KPIs.
- Lead and support an operations support team across South Australia, ensuring work orders have been completed, closed out and invoiced in line with KPI's
- Oversee office administration, contractor onboarding, and corporate services (fleet, travel, assets)
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with requirements and escalate issues affecting performance
- Deliver operational improvements and foster a culture of safety and inclusion
- Identify opportunity for process improvements
- Provide regular feedback and manage performance and conduct issues in a timely manner
- Experience in operations support or office management (multi-region exposure ideal)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- A proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- A valid driver's license
