Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Structural Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead complex structural-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices.
  • Solve complex structural-related problems independently with minimal guidance.
  • Lead functional teams or projects, and regarded as a specialist in the field of structural engineering.
Responsibilities:Performing Conceptual Design

Conduct conceptual design analyses and prepare detailed calculations and reports as per project specifications, design codes, and standards.

Design Execution

Manage own time to meet objectives and forecast resource requirements. Clearly communicate complex concepts and persuade others to adopt a point of view.

Leadership

As Lead Engineer, direct medium to large engineering teams, lead discipline engineering design, and complete projects within planned schedules and budgets.

Duties:
  • Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of discipline execution on assigned projects.
  • Ensure interfaces and deliverables are clearly identified.
  • Maintain responsibility for progress and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in engineering.
  • 15-20 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society as applicable.
