About This Role:
You will deliver high-level psychiatric care across various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and hospital-in-the-home environments. You will be at the forefront of clinical leadership, working collaboratively with experienced professionals committed to recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care.
In this position, you will:
- Provide specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment for a diverse caseload
- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and allied health team members
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Play a vital role in the education and training of future mental health clinicians
