Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to address unmet medical needs in priority disease/strategic areas.
  • Manage a team to generate insights for the development of local medical plans.
  • Lead and develop MSLs to deliver excellent field interactions and establish clear performance measures.
  • Provide medical leadership on faculty and content development for medical programs, including national congresses, advisory boards, scientific exchange meetings, publications, CMEs, and medical information provision to external and internal customers.
  • Drive company-sponsored clinical research and oversee data generation activities and reporting to above-country teams.

Engagement with External Customers:

  • Be accountable for Oncology Medical Affairs Thought Leader and medical customer engagement plans.
  • Spending 30-40% of field time on engagement with high-priority HCPs and key external stakeholders and/or in-field coaching of Oncology MSLs.
  • Attend relevant scientific congresses and HCP meetings to gather new knowledge on compounds and therapeutic areas.
