Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing our brand to life across both digital and traditional channels.

You will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives that elevate our national presence while enabling the local success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Franchise & Client Support: Provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused support to franchise partners and clients, helping them implement effective local marketing activities.
  • Customer Service & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for franchisees and suppliers, maintaining clear, courteous, and responsive communication at all times.
  • Digital Marketing Administration: Assist with campaign coordination, marketing calendar management, supplier liaison, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
  • Brand & Asset Management: Maintain and update marketing collateral, develop editable templates, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials and channels.
  • Content Development: Assist with writing blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing copy to support SEO, lead generation, and brand storytelling.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Help coordinate website updates, CRM marketing campaigns, eDMs, and digital performance reporting in collaboration with external agencies.

You're a proactive and creative marketer with a flair for video storytelling, social media, and content creation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle competing priorities with ease, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Previous experience supporting multi-location or franchise networks (highly regarded)
