Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a big box or high-volume retail environment
  • Passion for delivering results and motivating a team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Retail administration experience, including rostering, stock management, and strategic planning
  • Safety leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving and championing safety initiatives in a high-volume environment
