Salesforce User Experience and Adoption Expert

We are seeking a talented Salesforce User Experience Designer and Adoption Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in designing user-centric solutions using Salesforce Lightning and OmniStudio, as well as knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.0.
Main Responsibilities- Design and develop user experiences that meet the needs of clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user experience strategies, leveraging expertise in Portal and console interface design.
- Develop and maintain high-quality visual designs for digital products, utilizing Visio or similar technologies for mock-up creation.
- Ensure all designed solutions adhere to Service and Inclusion standards outlined in the Federal government Digital Experience Policy.
- Experience in UX design principles, preferably with certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user experience design skills, with a focus on accessibility and usability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
