Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed financial targets through effective sales strategies and commercial acumen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success of the entire community.
- Engage with leaders and peers to drive a mindset of curiosity and success.
- Be the key contact for all matters impacting customers and Roche within your territory.
- Leverage market data to create new opportunities and execute with precision and timeliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience of successful complex sales execution in core laboratory portfolios.
- Established knowledge of core laboratory portfolios with a curious mindset.
- Strong understanding and experience of Public and Private Procurement.
- Mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working.
- Able to make complex subjects simple to understand and execute on through storytelling.
