Key Responsibilities:

  1. Exceed financial targets through effective sales strategies and commercial acumen.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success of the entire community.
  3. Engage with leaders and peers to drive a mindset of curiosity and success.
  4. Be the key contact for all matters impacting customers and Roche within your territory.
  5. Leverage market data to create new opportunities and execute with precision and timeliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience of successful complex sales execution in core laboratory portfolios.
  • Established knowledge of core laboratory portfolios with a curious mindset.
  • Strong understanding and experience of Public and Private Procurement.
  • Mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working.
  • Able to make complex subjects simple to understand and execute on through storytelling.
