Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic educator to join our team at St Joseph's Kindergarten & OSHC, providing a happy and safe environment for primary school aged children to grow and develop.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified educator to work with children in a play-based environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging educational programs that promote learning and development in a play-based environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve high-quality outcomes for children.
Requirements
  • An ACECQA approved school age qualification, such as a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A passion for working with children in a play-based environment, with a focus on promoting learning and development.
