Store Manager Role

The Position:

  • Store Managers play a crucial support management role in store, working closely with leadership to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.
  • This part-time position is available for a Store Manager to join our team based in Geelong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideal if you have experience in retail, sales or hospitality.
  • Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role - training is provided.
  • Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction.
  • Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.
  • Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands on approach to a diverse range of tasks.
  • Goal orientated and results driven.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physically fit.
  • Drivers License.
