Optimizing Performance in a Fast-Paced Environment:

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an afternoon shift machine operator to join our biscuit manufacturing production line. This role is ideal for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and possess the necessary skills to operate machinery efficiently.

The daily tasks of this position will involve working autonomously and as part of a team to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria. Additionally, setting up, changeovers, operating, and troubleshooting equipment within OH&S, Quality, and Performance Standards will be essential responsibilities.

To ensure success in this role, candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude and proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and solve product quality attributes. Previous automated machine operating experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded, though not essential.
