About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team in Penrith, NSW. As a Dietitian with Plena Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered dietetics care to all clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct menu and mealtime assessments to improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes.
  • Deliver educational sessions to clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on healthy eating and nutrition.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders and Plena Healthcare colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality dietetic care.
  • Contribute to team culture by embodying the Plena Healthcare values of energy, integrity, nurturing, and connection.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
  • Ability to travel to various locations, including residential aged care facilities and community centers.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
  • Australian working rights and proof of Covid-19 and current flu vaccination.
