We are seeking a skilled Sommelier to deliver a best-in-class wine experience. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine, with a focus on service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
- Knowledge in local, national and international wine
- Passion for wine and the industry
- Exceptional service skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Adaptable, flexible and able to remain calm under pressure
- Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
- WSET, CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
- Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
