Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading medical gases and homecare supplier. They specialise in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics.
We are seeking an experienced consultant to enhance customer care at our Bathurst clinic, managing sleep apnea treatments with CPAP therapy expertise.
This role is ideal for proactive professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact for new and existing clients
- Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications (not provided)
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment setup and ongoing service requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
- Promote and upsell product range and services
- Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
- Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments
- Exceptional communication skills
- Independent clinic management capability
- Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
- Strong organisational and administrational skills
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus super, employee benefits, free onsite car parking, 14 weeks paid parental leave, and family and social activities.
