- Oversee hardware architecture and control systems design according to customer specifications.
- Ensure projects adhere to schedules and deliverables.
- Direct control system design, software configuration development, and cabinet design.
- Manage Lifecycle Agreement deliverables in collaboration with the Lifecycle Services Manager.
- Maintain and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely updates to service databases.
- Provide technical advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed Functional Descriptions/Control Philosophies for plant processes.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years' experience in the process control industry with a strong track record in leadership and project delivery.
- Extensive experience with control systems, including DCS software configuration.
- Proficiency in interpreting designs into specifications and using engineering software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning, task management, and team collaboration abilities.
- Business acumen with a focus on results and outcomes.
- Leadership with the ability to influence and drive success.
