About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with our construction team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with our consulting engineers and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure that our projects meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to our construction team on quality assurance procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or construction engineering role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
