We're currently seeking skilled Volkswagen technicians and Quick Service Champions to join our team at Tweed Heads NSW location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders and diagnose problem jobs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Volkswagen products and services.
  • Follow established processes and warranty procedures consistently.
  • Take care when using workshop tools and equipment and return them to their designated places.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively in a team environment where teamwork is key to achieving results.
  • Participate in Volkswagen's technical pathway for career growth and future opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Volkswagen technical training is an asset, but not essential.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Automotive Technology/Mechanic.
  • Experience in a dealership environment is beneficial, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and legible handwriting are essential.
  • Current manual driver's licence is necessary.
  • Demonstrate pride in your work by producing high-quality workmanship.
