Job Description

We are seeking a Clients Relations Ambassador to join our team for a fixed-term contract during peak season.

The Client Relations Ambassador will be the primary point of contact for clients via telephone, email, live chat and social media. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Facilitate online and phone sales to meet commercial goals;
  • Deliver brand information to clients and collect valuable feedback;
  • Process all required data in appropriate systems under group security policy;
  • Escalate emergency system issues to team leaders timely;
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to team leaders;
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To contribute to team success, you will have:

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in luxury/high-end goods domain or contact center/e-com related activities;
  • Customer service oriented and sales oriented personality;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • PC literate and experience with SAP CRM/Salesforce is a plus;
  • Flexibility with working in shifts and on weekends/public holidays if required.
