About the RoleThis is a casual role that requires you to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will be working with a diverse range of students, including children and adults, and will need to be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
- Blue Card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
- Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (desirable)
