Key Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled Allied Health professionals to join our graduate program in Albury.

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness.
  • Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
  • Perform specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants dedicated to helping Australians be safe and well at work.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Occupational Therapy.

Eligibility for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduating is essential. You should have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025.

A current Working with Children Check and clear pre-employment national criminal check are required.

Furthermore, you must hold a full drivers' license.
