Our team is seeking a recent graduate with less than 12 months of RN experience to fill the role of a Graduate Registered Nurse.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who can deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to residents with complex care needs. This includes wound and pain management.
Duties and Responsibilities- To provide supervision for staff on the floor to ensure high standards of care are met and excellent customer service is delivered to residents.
- To collaborate with experienced clinicians within our Case Management model, supported by Level 2 and Level 3 RN staff to ensure comprehensive clinical care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Developing clinical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
The following additional requirements apply:
- Police clearance valid for working in aged care (vulnerable) with issue date less than 12 months.
- Immunisation: influenza by each year and COVID-19 vaccination as per guidelines.
