Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our visual merchandising team. As a Visual Merchandising Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating commercially driven merchandise presentations and aspirational displays within company standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance the customer shopping experience and promote our brand by curating world-class offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that bring products to life, create displays and merchandise presentations, and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display expertise in creating compelling visual displays and a strong understanding of retail trends and customer engagement strategies
  • Support line manager in executing marketing strategies and creating displays and merchandise presentations
  • Lead the team within the store and engage with stakeholders across the wider business to champion and coordinate stock distribution
  • Encourage potential customers to enter stores and purchase merchandise
  • Support VM Manager to create floor plans for retail space and situates displays in an ideal position to encourage sales
  • Work with line manager to develop marketing strategy and a creative approach to sales to promote the company's image visually
  • Couch and develop team members to achieve desired results whilst celebrating success to ensure an engaged and productive team
