About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Performance Director to lead our team of Commercial Business Partners, delivering insights and strategies that enhance financial sustainability and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement financial strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful commercial and financial analysis.
  • Financial Sustainability: Lead the budgeting process, manage short and long-term financial forecasts and modelling, conduct financial risk assessments, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Deliver Performance Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Customer Connection: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial strategies align with customer and business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Financial Performance team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety across the organisation, ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety protocols.
What You Bring:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CA or CPA certification required.
  • Experience: Significant experience in finance leadership, including expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, customer-focused finance teams.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI).
