- Liaise with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Deliver high-quality treatment, guidance, and education to individuals and their carers to promote optimal health and well-being.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration).
- Significant clinical experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
