About the Role

Pirtek Laverton is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and repairing of plant and machinery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers
  • Travel to sites within the Laverton and surrounding areas to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete new installation work on a variety of machinery
  • Operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and problem solve
  • Adhere to OHS and Safe Work Practices
Requirements
  • Trade / field services experience in Fitting / Mechanical Background and / or Hydraulics would be an advantage
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
  • Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
  • A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem solve
  • An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
  • A current Manual Drivers' Licence
