The Role

We are seeking a skilled Female Community Support Worker to join our team in Gawler, SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to clients with intellectual or physical disabilities, promoting independence, dignity, and self-advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to clients in their homes and within the community
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Facilitate social inclusion and participation in community activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • Ability to drive and use pool vehicle or own vehicle
