We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead our team in providing high-quality financial analysis and due diligence services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and report writing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading core financial due diligence, identifying key risks, assessing strengths and weaknesses against industry benchmarks, and evaluating potential transactions in line with clients' investment strategies.
  • Analyzing detailed financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and operational data, transforming this data into meaningful insights for discussions with management and stakeholders.
  • Assessing the quality of reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows of target companies.
  • Preparing deal-oriented reports and presentations highlighting key financial and commercial findings, and advising on their implications for valuation and negotiations.
  • Participating in meetings and conference calls with target management and client personnel, serving as a primary point of contact for deal and execution matters.
  • Managing and prioritizing responsibilities, assisting with multiple projects, reviewing team-created databooks, and leading the writing of due diligence reports.
  • Conducting analyses such as Quality of Earnings, P&L, Working Capital, and Net Debt, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Supporting engagement issues like billing, scope changes, and information requests, and working with senior management to develop solutions to engagement and transaction risks.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Big Four experience required.
  • Ability to travel within the country where practical.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of private client auditing experience at a Big Four firm and 3+ years in a financial due diligence group.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and analysis, we encourage you to apply today.
