Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience:
    • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, enabling you to articulate the value and benefits to customers.
    • Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience for guests.
    • Contribute to a dynamic store environment by actively engaging with guests and responding to store needs.
  • Working with Others:
    • Foster a respectful and inclusive team culture, celebrating individuality and promoting a sense of community.
    • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues, collaborating to achieve optimal guest experiences and support store operations.
  • Operations:
    • Assist with product presentation tasks, including restocking and maintaining inventory levels.
    • Utilize in-store technology to support store operations and enhance the guest experience.
    • Maintain a luxury store environment through cleaning and maintenance tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
