- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ITSM Processes: Experience with IT service management processes and tools.
- Help Desk and Remote Support Tools: Familiarity with help desk and remote support tools.
- Easy-Going Environment: A relaxed and enjoyable work environment.
