Project Manager Role

CQUniversity seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a major campus development in the Cairns CBD. The role requires strategic and collaborative leadership to oversee stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading major infrastructure projects, working collaboratively with various stakeholders, and managing project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

A key responsibility is to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, and local authority regulations.

Requirements include demonstrated experience in leading infrastructure projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management frameworks.
