About the Role:

  • As a key member of our Seed Heritage team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft memorable interactions with customers through personalized styling advice, visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Maintain high standards in store presentation, stock management, and cleaning to ensure an engaging shopping experience.
  • Process transactions efficiently on the point-of-sale system while striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent support in fitting rooms and delivering tailored styling solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles with a keen sense of personal style and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude, passion for styling, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • An understanding of stock management principles and a commitment to meeting business objectives.
  • A genuine alignment with Seed Heritage's values and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

What We Offer:
